Experience gorgeous art from the works of Shinkai Makoto via CHARA-ART’s high-quality Chara Fine acrylic series.

The 2013 film “The Garden of Words” tells the tale of Takato, a boy who aspires to be a shoemaker, and Yukino, a mysterious older woman, who happened to meet in a Japanese garden during the rainy season.

This complex drama, with its novel-style literary themes, unique sense of emotion and word choice, is brought to life in a way only animation can achieve.

Experience gorgeous scenes carefully selected from "5 Centimeters per Second" and “The Garden of Words.” It looks gorgeous displayed outside the box, of course, but it can also be displayed as-is inside its screen printed sleeve and black box. It’s now even easier to enjoy beautiful prints of these scenes…!

Unlike regular acrylic boards, CHARA-ART’s Chara Fine acrylic series feature top quality printing, materials and techniques, creating an almost 3D visual effect.

While the art for regular acrylic boards is printed directly onto the acrylic via UV printing, Chara Fine prints utilize premium glossy paper developed by a major camera manufacturer, which is then adhered to the acrylic using cutting edge technology. This produces overwhelming image quality leagues ahead of regular acrylic boards. The rich blacks created for the premium glossy paper along with the thickness of the acrylic creates an almost three-dimensional depth to the art.

Simple and stylish, these art pieces will look wonderful decorating any room.
